Completed and ongoing projects
International Research Agenda 3P at Medical University of Gdansk
On behalf of the International Research Agenda 3P at Medical University of Gdansk, we designed, developed and implemented an integrated environment for distributed biobanking. The environment consists of local systems (installed in 5 hospital units in Poland) and a central data processing system on the obtained biological material.
BBMRI.pl | Polish Biobank Association | University of Lodz
In cooperation with the Biobank Laboratory at the University of Lodz, we designed and built a biobanking system for the Polish Biobank Association in the BBMRI.pl project.
Biobank as a Service at Medical University of Gdansk
Together with the International Research Agenda 3P project team, we designed and implemented a cloud biobanking system for the implementation of research projects in distributed teams.
